Premium Packages

The Premium Packages include running all 5 of the foundational lab tests, one hour and a half session to go over your test results and the recommended diet and lifestyle modifications that will help you optimize your health. There are options that allow you to assess where you are in your health journey and the number of sessions that you feel will assure you reach your goals. All packages will include 1 year of access to the members area, all videos and resources provided there, invites to monthly live Q&A sessions, as well as priority e-mail response.

 

I am always willing to negotiate with payment plans and options, consider barter or trades if you don't have the cash, whatever it takes to get you started on your healing journey I am open to it. At the top and bottom of the page you can apply for the Advanced Care Card which with good or fair credit can finance the program and give you 15 months at 0% interest to pay.

• You Already Health Yourself - You just need the test results along with an initial review, consultation and a 3-month plan and we'll have a check in session after the 3 months.

• You're Trying to Health Yourself - You're trying to optimize your health but could use a little guidance after we review your results and sessions at the end of month.

• You'd Like to Health Yourself - You're ready to try a holistic approach to your health but don't know where to start and would like someone to help guide you down the healing path with check-in sessions every other week.

• You'd Like to Health Yourself on a Budget - In an ideal world we would recommend the labs, but if you need to save and can't swing the lab fees but know you need to start making changes, fear not we have a plan for you as well. Instead of the labs you'll be given a series of self-tests to share with you and we'll use those results to guide our 90-day protocol. Then you choose the number of sessions you want after that R&R just like our lab programs.

​Additional Testing Available

Once we get the results back from the 5 foundational labs we run, we may use one of the following to check for more specific clues that can give us the information needed in order to get you the best results. Another way to use the additional tests is to check the progress of a particular area of your recommended protocol. For example, when starting a new kind of diet maybe after a month or two you want to run a micronutrient test to see that you're getting everything you need, or if some adjustments need to be made. I will work with you and let you know whether or not considering any extra testing could help you achieve your goals.

• Heavy Metal and Mineral Analysis -- Includes a hair test which checks for key minerals Chromium, Potassium, Phosphorous, Germanium, Magnesium, Iodine, Cobalt, Silicon, Lithium, Manganese, Copper, Molybdenum, Selenium, Sulfur, Sodium, Silver, Vanadium, Calcium, Iron, and Zinc. Mineral deficiencies can lead to a number of health conditions and will help guide the protocol recommendations. The test looks for heavy metal presence as well, heavy metals are toxic to the body, in small amounts they can be expelled through various detox pathways, but when they become excessive can bog down the body's ability to function. Metals included in the test are Arsenic, Barium, Aluminum, Cadmium, Nickel, Lead, Mercury, Strontium, Thallium. • Micronutrient Screening - This package includes screening of micronutrients like vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and antioxidants in 3 key areas, intracellular nutrients, extracellular nutrients, and those influence Red Blood Cells. Many health conditions are the result of either a deficiency or an excess of some sort of macro or micronutrient. Once you identify what that imbalance is you have a huge clue as to where the problem is coming from and what can be done to correct it. Macronutrient Screening Sample

• Gluten Sensitivity Screening-- This includes a gluten sensitivity that tests your immune response to several different types of wheat. As well as a quick 30 min R&R session to go over what some diet and lifestyle changes would be best for you and answer any questions you may have. Gluten Screening Results Sample

• Home Mold Test - 1 Room Test -  2 Room Test - 3 Room Test This includes a home mold test Kit to test the air in your home for a wide range of spores that cause mold in the home. Mold can be found in homes even if water damage isn't noticeable or causing any problems to the structure. Mold can end up in the home due to things that create a moist or wet environment, including poor ventilation, persistent humidity, leaky pipes, condensation build up, flooding, roof leaks, basement leaks, anything that creates a moisture rich environment. If your test comes back positive, we can give remediation techniques that may require home modifications, as well as weather or not you may want to consider a mycotoxins test for you or anyone living in the household. • Mycotoxin (mold) Screening - The mycotoxin screening tests for 16 different strains of commonly found household molds, it does this by testing for the antibodies created to combat these different strains. Symptoms of mold toxicity are very vague, so it is often hard to diagnose myotoxicity and often people are sent chasing symptoms when consulting the western model and never address the cause of the problem, being the mold. Symptoms can include cognitive difficulties, brain fog, aches and pains, sudden weight gain, numbness in limbs, metal taste in mouth, vertigo, digestive issues, hormone imbalance, tinnitus, mood changes, and more. Mycotoxin Screening Sample

• Neurotransmitter Screening -This gives you a neurotransmitter panel screening via urine test. This includes serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, their ratio, GABA, Histamine, Glutamine, and creatine.
