Clients will get a 30-minute session in the Relax Sauna, temperature is adjustable, and recommendations can be made based on an individual's situation, as always Health Yourself encourages to start small and work your way up to a temperature and time that is right for you. You will be given privacy to enjoy the sauna with your choice of music or video, however silent meditation is the recommended approach.
